Coaches Lunch exists to:
• Build confidence in students who doubt themselves
• Teach emotional regulation and decision-making skills
• Develop leadership potential
• Provide mentorship for students navigating home or academic stress
• Create measurable personal growth outcomes
• Offer consistent adult guidance in a non-judgmental setting
Many students lack access to structured mentorship outside of athletics. Coaches Lunch fills that gap, providing “life coaching” for students who may never step onto a field but still need a coach.

Coaches visit the school once per week during lunch.
Students are either nominated by faculty or voluntarily join the program.
Each session includes:
• A focused topic of the week (confidence, accountability, discipline, emotional control, goal-setting, etc.)
• Guided discussion questions
• Real-life scenario breakdowns
• Leadership challenges
• Personal reflection moments
Sessions are interactive and conversational — not lectures.

Coaches Lunch tracks:
• Attendance consistency
• Behavioral improvement trends
• Self-reported emotional growth
• Leadership engagement
• Academic accountability shifts
Schools and sponsors receive impact summaries that demonstrate measurable growth.

It happens during the school day (no transportation barrier)
It requires no athletic participation
It’s consistent, not a one-time assembly
It integrates technology for personalization
It builds relationships, not just motivation
This is preventative mentorship, addressing challenges before they escalate into discipline, dropout, or disengagement.

Coaches Lunch serves:
• Middle & high school students
• Students identified as needing guidance
• Emerging student leaders
• Students experiencing home or emotional stress
• Youth seeking accountability and direction

Our goal is to scale Coaches Lunch into multiple schools, community centers, churches, and youth organizations, creating a leadership pipeline that strengthens entire communities.
Because when you give a student:
• Structure
• Accountability
• Belief
• Direction
You don’t just change their lunch period.
You change their trajectory.
